3 Attachment(s)
Purchased a 38 lighting out of New York late last year. I had Mitcher T paint the dash, windshield, rails and touch up the vinyl on the seats over the winter. They did a awesome job with great customer service told me to bring it in on Friday and was done the following Friday a man of his word.

Looks awesome!!

How did you mount the snaps to the windshield frame? I painted mine red, but have the wide stainless pieces that snap into the windshield frame and they hold the snap. Like the much cleaner look of yours!!! Looks great.

They are screwded in,he must on taken them out and painted the windshield then put them back in. It changed the whole look of the boat it was plain. Thanks for the compliments.

I did the same on mine when I put in a shorty windshield. PROBLEM-make sure there is a Teflon washer under every snap between the snap and the windshield otherwise it WILL corrode due to dissimilar metal. I also put a dab of silicone in the hole before I screwed in the snap in order to have a little protection around the screw part for same potential problem. Same on the handles where they attached to windshield in back of crew seats. I guarantee it will corrode :( if you dont do this.

I'm about a year behind you on my resto so I can really appreciate what you've done there...VERY NICE!! Not only does it look good it just screams "Come on...Let's Go!!"
