On a 98 38 fever how do the headrests come out of the front seats?

I'm running dry exhaust for the first time is there anything needed to prevent water from coming in without flappers? The exhaust is totally dry and flappers will burn off I think. I m worried about going in reverse and putting the boat in the water, where it is low in the back
