31' Fountain Center Console

I am looking at 2 different Fountain CC's.
One is a 1992 with twin merc 250's and the other is a 1999 with twin merc 225's. Both have the Cuddy Cabin up front.
Just wondering if there is any issues I should be looking for?

Try posting on Thehulltruth.com, much more knowledge about Fountain CC's over there, I have heard they are great riding boats,
