My 27 fountain is running 496 stroker dynoed at 550 hp.

The prop that is on it now is a 23p 3 blade. It seems to grip but it has a ton of slip on take off and mid range.

What do you guys think? It just doesn't seem right to me??

Mine is a 24p 4blade labbed.

That sounds a little small to me. Maybe get in touch with BBlades or Hydromotive and get a expert to tell you what you should use.

I have enough slip to make it feel like a jet boat... I need more prop.. That is goal número UNO this week!!

I used a 24p labbed Bravo I on my 2000 27' (stepped).

I still have the prop, and it is for sale.

That seems very small. I'm surprised its a 3 blade.
