theres a good thread on the cigarette forum on drive heights on a older straight bottom top gun has any one ever played around with drive heights on a older straight bottom 38 or 42 fountain with some big power has anyone ever rigged one 1-2 inches above the bottom

What drives? I think fountain looks to see how high they can possibly mount them and then goes another inch lol

I am 2.5 in prop shaft above bottom 97, 47 lightning twin step small steps . on plane at 2500 rpm imcos with # 6 props
