So I went for a long ride on a friends 2004 38******** today in nice 3' rollers, Basically prefect conditions heading into the wind. Wow! I'm not ragging on it but I wouldn't trade the ride my 1986 12 meter delivers me for that, ever! Not even a comparison! Just funny how everyone always rags on fountains and the beaks and blah blah. My girlfriend was actually nervous cause it seemed to throw you from side to side aggressively! Love my fountain!

I think any 38 foot go-fast boat should walk over 3 footer's with no problem at all , the guy driving probably didn't no how to drive .
I will also agree with you that fountain's have a nice ride

Hope ya had fun. Your beaker is tits! 99% of the time ragging on Fountains is just smack talk. You guys just take it so seriously lol. I'm sure your 40 runs pretty damn good for a 32....:evilb:

My builder lied on the length by 6". I was hoping to make it up in girth but just not happening...

I agree, the big beeks deliver a very predictable smooth solid ride, I've been on 388 Slingshot & 39 Velocity & they don't come close
