496HO exhaust manifolds
 

Hello all, I've got a question for all of you that have a 496HO and have replaced exhaust manifolds, stock, after market, hi-perf, ect. What's your opinion on best bang for the buck/ Thanks in advance!!

Disregard for now, it seemed when some idiot out of Jacksonville, Fl (Pablo Creek Marina) changed a flapper valve, and in doing so, installed the rubber sleeve to captains call vertical pipe 2" too hi" causing a water leak at that connection. Guess 25 yrs. wrenching on big jets pays off again, and thanks to my late Father who showed me the mercruiser ropes from way back!! Thanks DAD!!!! I miss ya!!! BTW, This work was done in March before I purchased boat from previous owner.........
