27 Fountain with IMCO 1-2" shorty
 

Has anyone run this set up with any improments to mention??

I did a -2 on my -93 with a 525SC.
Better stability and less prone to chine walk. I don't think I picked up much speed (did other changes at the same time) need some more time to dial in the boat.

Based on your previous posts. I would give Reggie Fountain at Real Fast Marine a call. You can wander around forever on these boats, spend a bunch of money and come up with an ilhandling slow boat. I would get a pro involved.
