Has to be a scam:

1. NY registration being advertised in Stockton, CA but the boat is in NC?
2. $1000 deposit to start contract (red flag)

314joey 01-23-2014 08:14 AM

Yup, sounds fishy, if it's sounds to good to be true, it is.

Crude Intentions 01-23-2014 08:23 AM

I figured the same. I was thinking scam.

Maybe it has been messed with....

I always thought that in Reggies never ending quest for bigger numbers, a deep drive on a fountain would have the bottom tips of the props just touching the water....

Tough to tell but the motors don't look like they are forward enough for transmissions.

New owner was asking about fuel consumption in the Powerboat swap shop on FB. Wonder if he took the terms or paid out cash? Either way it is a new to him Fountain congrats

Crude Intentions 01-28-2014 10:01 AM

Wonder that also. If he's that worried about fuel in a blower boat then insure hope those motors are out together right. Also called em 800s. Don't see them being 800s with 454 bases
