2006 42 Lightning - cant find the depth sender !
 

New to the 42, and can't seem to find the depth gauge sender.

I believe the boat is stock and so am i looking for a thru-hull sender or a shooter-thru typre sender. Any ideas where i should be looking ??

Did you look in the cabin step compartment ?

Yup. Its usually in the compartment below the step into the cabin.

Yep only got a small bilge pump there....i think. will have another look

In my 27.. there is a cover that you can remove inside the cabin step, right next to small bilge pump.. the depth sender is right there.

Same as my 32
