What brand of Cleats ?
 

Hello ,on my 2008 38 ft lightning i am missing one cleat , i know its 8 inch but no one seems to be making it .

Any ideas on the manufacturer of the cleats on these boats ?

I contacted Fountain but got no reply !

Are they retractable? If so, I would guess Acon Marine.

its a pop up 8 inch

the closest is dog-n-dive 8 inch , but not sure

Monster has the Accon , but they look different from the pics ???

Try Accon's site. It may be one Monster Marine does not carry. Not sure what Fountain used but Velocity used Accon.
