How is it a 2012 ? there is a price to keep and to sell look,s like they will be keeping it .

If its a 2012, then the seller had it built new. There's a few of these around. Probably paid a ton for it. Wish him luck. I can't see too many people interested in a 42 at that price, especially one that was built after Elvis left the building..
