1990 Fountain w/twin 454's
 

Looking at a 1990 fountain 27' w/twin 454's and was wondering what kind of speed to expect from this boat. It is totally stock. Thanks for any comments provided and any comments on that boat in general.

I bought a 1990 Fountain Fever brand new in 1990,( they made a Fever II late in 1990)It had t/454 @375hp mercs.The top speed of this fine boat was 78mph .This was the most reliable Fountain I have purchased,somethimes I wish I had it back....LIFE WAS MUCH SIMPLER THEN!

I have a '88 8.8(29ft) w454's I'm thinking of selling. Bought in May, local Atl. Fountain dealer, needed some minor TLC.

Port motor is new rebuild w 10hrs., strbrd is refreshed.
Complete new cockpit and sunpad int.
New windshield
New stereo w400 watt amp,2 10's in custom underbench box,4 mb quart 6x's, detach. face c/d w/xm.
New graphics purple, yellow, orange on wht hull.

I have a 27 single with a hp500 70mph. I also have a 29 with twin 454s with B&M blowers this boat runs 83 . the 29 is for sale if you are interested it is real nice and runs great with no trouble. drop me a line.
