Fountain Fever Graphics

I am buying a 1998 Fountain Fever 29. Are the graphics in the gel coat or are they paint? I had a 1998 formula 271 and sanded the graphics off the side and buffed the boat back to original shine. Is that possible on a Fountain?

I think they are painted on.

Painted in 1998 not sure if they were still using Imron. If not its PPG DBC base coat then clear.

I will start on it next week and post before and after pics. You could barely tell there were graphics on my formula. I hope the fountain turns out as nice.
