How about reasale of a triple engine boat

I think to sell a 42 trip is has to be cheap and nice. Take either one of those away and it sits.

This boat is a perfect example. What's it worth as a staggered boat with the same power? It has been forsale forever.

Thanks for the link & that's a nice boat the one I'm looking at is a 1995 I'm trying to get it for $40,000

Triple formulas seem to go the cheapest. I've only seen a smokin deal on one that was stepped though. No idea of the condition though.

If you are talking about the one at LOTO, It looks like a deal for sure. I'd buy a triple and keep it as a triple as long as the price is right, and I have a solid grasp of what I am buying. The triple engine fountains ride awesome compared to the staggered. I have ridden in both. Sure there are negatives but it isn't as bad as some make out. The key in my opinion is to have good stock power which will last. vs. twin radical 750's. When I say radical, I mean buying the used boat which has big power but no records.

The boat I'm looking at in in Canada not the one in loto I don't want to keep it just looking for something for the summer but I don't want to buy something that's going to be hard to sell

Anything is easy to sell at the right price! It's no secret triples are much harder to sell. Especially when there are twin engine versions readily available.

I personally love my trips, but they aren't for everybody, and resale sucks. If you can buy the boat right, I'd say go for it. You'll enjoy it with the trips.

Love mine with trips. Easier on drives, and if you break a motor or drive it will still get on plane pretty easy and cruise at 60+ on two.
