Trim Tab Punps
 

I dropped my tabs down to 7 for the first time in while. Left started to come up and quit. Other is all the way down. Solenoids have power and ground. I crossed all 4 over (one at a time) with a jumper and they still won't move. Is it possible both motors went bad at once? Am i missing something? I've had solenoids go bad before this and crossed them over to make them work.

Was using a test light. Shows power but I guess it's not enough voltage. Ran wire straight to battery and it works. I'll find it eventually. Technically didn't need to post this. Sorry.
