Factory Spring Loaded Bow Cleat

I have a 2008 29' and looking where I find the same factory bow cleat. I've tried Fountain several times with no answer or response to my voice message. Anywhere else to consider? Thanks, Chris.

Likely an Accon Marine pop up cleat. That is what Velocity and many other used.
