Moved water pickup down, pressure seems to be good. Vessel view was not reading any pressure at all. Mechanical gauge was fine. Then oil pressure went erratic on port motor. What's the odds of having 3 bad pressure sensors. Yup just my luck. Waiting on one sensor.

Definitely a P.I.A. but after so much into the project - I'd take a bad sender over an internal problem any day... Once you get the gremlins taken care of, you can just go run it..... Quite a build!

Got to run today. No alarms, water pressure is great 15 -25 lbs. Ran for about an hour, mostly cruising 4000 to 4500 rpm. Now checking for leaks loose bolts and fluid levels.
back out tomorrow.

Been crazy busy with jet fuel. Got to run boat a bit more. Water pressures are perfect, new pickup did the trick. Working on a idling issue, could be i didn't use merc map sensors, just changed them out. Hope to try this week. Boat is absolutely awesome.

Looks phenomenal. Glad the bugs are being worked out. Play with any speed yet?

The dry fits for the sea deck came in this week test fit them. Looked good should have the mats in about 2 weeks. Boat tuning is coming along, things I learned this week the gm map sensors are not quite the same as the Mercury's. The Optima blue top with the light grey bottom doesn't work the best as a cranking battery. Need the dark grey bottom one. The light grey one doesn't seem to recover voltage quick enough sends smart craft into alarm for low voltage. But other than that things seem to be working fine.
