Where to Purchase Replacement Circuit Breakers?
 

Was running this weekend and had the 30A cockpit power breaker pop and now it won't reset. I understand it's a thermal breaker so I shut all power to everything via main battery switches and left it overnight, but it still won't reset- I'm in the process of making sure it's not a short somewhere (although everything was running fine earlier in the day up to the point it wasn't).

In the event the breaker turns out to be bad and needs replacing, can anyone tell me where to find them? Looking at them they don't look like standard marine "push to reset breakers" and some general browsing online has a few folks saying they're actually from the aviation / aerospace industry. Which, come to think of it, they do look a lot like the type I've seen in plane or helicopter cockpits. But not being familiar with that equipment I wouldn't have any idea where to go or what type to buy. I'm not having very good luck so far and without cockpit power there's not much running other than the motors (no tabs, gauges, drive controls, etc). I was able to limp in, but that's about it. Did you remove the breaker to see if it has any manufacturer info or model numbers? I've not had to replace any on the Fountains that I've owned.

Not yet - just trying to get in front of it in case I do. It's most likely going to be a short somewhere and the breaker is probably doing it's job. Unfortunately I'm not close to the boat during the week so I'm playing the "think ahead / what if" game right now.
