I'd say 87 is a stretch with the 8.2L HO's with all the equipment you list.

Edit. To the OP's question, I have a lot of seat time in both the non-stepped and stepped 32 Sunny's but have only ever been in a 38 Fountain. I'm a huge Sunny fan from as far back as '01. That said, from a resale point of view, I'd think I'd put my money in a staggered 35 Fountain over a 32 Sunny.
