29 Fountain 377 blue scorpions head refresh

I have a 29 fountain with twin 377 blue scorpions, I was thinking about having the heads freshened up and while doing so I was considering having them ported as well. Would it be more beneficial to just put a new set of heads on like AFR vortec heads? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
