I was looking for a project and have since rethought that. I need to stay below 50k but I'm looking to buy either a 32 or 35. I figured my budget ought to get me into the late '90s. Needs to be on a trailer and would prefer power that's reliable. I've looked at the differences between the two and would prefer a 35 if a deal could be made. I really can't go bigger than 35. I don't need financing.

I've been told that several times. I've never been in a 32 but I figured that they are that much easier to tow and launch.

Easy on the 32's Jerry!

I have one, they are easier to tow and have much more up a sports car feel. I also have found they do surprisingly well in rough water, not what most people say. Just keep drives level and use trim tabs to fly level.

I would say if price/ condition/ power/ hours are the same then of course a 35 would be the choice.

35's normally are more money.

Love our 32'! I have not ridden in a 35 but the extra wee bit of room the bilge has in front of the engines would be nice if you are fat and do your own maintenance.

Great idea there.

I've been told the biggest drawbacks to the 32 is maintenance in the bilge and water flooding from the rear vents. If I could find one that is priced right, I'd learn to live with it. I'm a fair weather boater anyway. When it gets rough, my family wants to head in.

​​​​​​​ some people have no idea what they are talking about, you cannot get water in from the rear vent holes they are connected to a PVC tube on inside, however you can get some water in from behind the rub rail,but it's a easy fix your remove the rub rail seal it put it back on done.
