Looks like the original X was 15.75"!! I checked and double checked, maybe that's why they tried boxes? Patched in transom, measured and re measured and measured again!!! Made up ledger to keep everything square. Drilled with drill plate and cut at 18" X-dimension. Hopefully this is the spot!
