Looks like I missed a good one!
Just saw this ad that's sold in Brookhaven Mississippi for what looks like an incredibly good price $26k:.

You never know what kind of problems it had. More often than not, a $40k boat priced at $26K likely needs a good $20K+ put into it.

Buy a 100K boat for 50K, anticipate that you will need to spend 40 - 50K to get it where you want it. By the time you get done, find all the other chit that made it a 50K boat you will likely spend another 20 - 30K to make it right. Now you have 120 - 130K in a boat that when you bought it a few years back was worth 100K, wow you made one He!! of a deal out of that. |
