Freshwater Flush
 

Using the optional freshwater flush from Fountain does anyone have the direction sheet on how to position the faucet and lever for running and for flushing? I thought I had a pdf but can't find it.

Faucet valves open for running closed for flushing. Gate valves should be marked flush Open/Closed.

My gate valves aren't marked but once you know how to do it, it's pretty simple. Hook up the flush hose in the bilge, open the gate valve & close the round handle faucet looking valve. This will flush the motor through. I also open the faucet valve & let that flush out the drive after the motor is done. Just remember to close all of the gate valves & open all of the faucet valves when you put it back in the water.
