08 38 lightning staggard 496's top speed
 

Does anyone have any idea what a 2008 38 lightning with full staggered 496's, ITS steering with boxes, sportmaster lowers should run for speed?

Had an 07 38 Lightning Full Stagger 600SCI stock 104 mph (more with stage 3), same boat with 525s run 90-94 mph, I'm going to say with 496 HO 425hp 80-85 mph as long as its dry.

I didn't know they made any.

My guess would be 80-85 as well but he says that it only runs 75. I guess that I would have to drive it

I would side with the owner, big heavy boat for those engines.

Not a 38 but the 42 with staggered 496’s was supposed to run just over 70.
The 35 Executioner (single step hull) was good for 78 with side by side 496’s.

I guess mid 70’s make sense……:)
