Will a Lightning 42 Windshield frame fit a Lightning 35???

I have a 2001 Fountain Lightning with a race fairing. I want to remove the fairing and install a windshield. I found a windshield from a 42 Lightning but didn't know if it would fit. Can anyone please help me out?
