What should I expect to see for top speed on this boat propped correctly?

Mid to high 50’s. My best friend has a 31 TE with 250 verados and it will go 57.

Well then Im doing good I suppose, I get 62-63 GPS currently on the limiters at 3/4 throttle with 22p bravo1 props

I'd say if you are on the limiters at 3/4 throttle, you need more prop. Try 24P Bravos.

WOT rpm range for 250xs is 5600-6200rpms from what I can find. Rev limiter should be 6350. If you are there at 3/4 throttle you should be able spin 26's. Each inch of pitch is worth about 200rpms when using the same make/model prop. BBlades does have a test program for props.
