They did fix the bottom but alot of other issues!

Sorry to hear that, I had a couple of problems when I took delivery of mine a few years ago, but Fountain took the boat back and fixed everything, even a couple of things that they didn't need to.

Yup, Betty Smith is the only way to get thru to Reggie. Similar thing with Jeff Harris (Director of Cust Service), Gale Lane is his right-hand gal. She's a stand-up person, and gets things done.

I fourth the motion Gale Lane is the bomb! Gail took great care of my warranty issues and also a few thing that did not have to be done. It was a pleasure dealing with her! :D

One more for Gale! She was extremely helpful when I called to get some info about the used Fever that I was in the process of buying at the time. She got me the info I needed, then read me the whole list of options that were on the boat when it left the factory and told me she was almost positive that there had never been a warranty claim on it. We had a nice little chat about Fountains and I went off and closed the deal.
