Ok now your the second to say food an such in the fridge and drinks still in coolers.

Is this because you have a powerful thirst and the small fridge just wont cut it for both food and drink :) or does putting drinks in there create a problem when under power and flying down the water.

Sorry for what may be a silly question but this is all pretty new to us... I'll loose these rookie stripe's soon

Go for the fridge! You should be able to run it all night anchored out and still be able to start the motors in the morning...just don't leave the tunes blasting all night. ..unless you have a gen set or access to shore power.

It depends on how long you go out for and how much food you bring. The fridges are not that big and they won't cool cocktails as fast as you can drink them.

We use the fridge for the food (and soda and water) and one or two coolers for ice and drinks....with an occational beer or five in the fridge if we happen to be in the cabin and it is more convenient than getting one out of the cooler in the cockpit.

Nothing better than pulling a beer out of a cooler full of ice!
