Exhaust tip internal flap
 

I just took my manifolds off to replace them with a
set of revolution marine units. Upon disassembly I
found that one of my tail pipes internal flaps is missing.
They have the external flaps,so I really haven't had
any problems,but I would like to replace it,also the
rubber seal around one of the other flaps is gone.
Any ideas where to buy these flaps? One other thing,
my starboard tailpipe is kind of baggy where it goes
thru the transom,should I buy a new grommet,if so
where? Or should I just seal it with some 4200?
