Mercury Racing HP 500C carb baseline

Has anyone been able to contact Mercury Racing to get baseline engine calibration info. Here in Florida the humidity reduces air density and cause a rich condition. Rather than melt down some pistons I need some guidance to determine the percent of fuel flow to reduce and hopefully pick up some performance. I'm off about 3 mph. Fountain hasn't returned my call (race weekend) and I don't have a name or number for Mercury Racing.
