Update!. I removed to side vent cover and went in with 3 long
extensions duct taped together. Then I put a jaw attachement
on a porta power and got the other side up enough to get
a socket on the other side. The real ***** was driving the bolt
out. When I got the bolt 1/2 way thru the bracket,it went right
up!Turns out it shifted over a little & got caught under the oil
temp sender. (oil bracket position was change for revolution
marine exhaust).
