Re: ky lake
Hey,
I live in Murray,KY and have an old 1990 29' Fever. I bought it last winter and managed to blow both motors during the summer so I spent most of the excellent weather in the garage but she's going strong now with new motors. They are home made so I hope they last. Where do you boat? That looks like you're heading north around Jonathan creek |

Re: ky lake
I was born and raised in Paris TN. Went to Kentucky Lake this summer to show my kids where I grew up boating. I was shocked at the difference in the Lake from then to now. What a drastic difference in the depth. It is dangerous to get out of the channel. I remember skiing through Pine Point. It would be a death wish to even try that now. Thank goodness that I "migrated" to Pickwick.

Re: ky lake
It's a man made lake. Born and raised on the lake and boating here for about 30 yrs,,not much change, there are real hazards if you assume its deep as long as you are far from shore. There is a spot just south of the Paris landing bridge about 100 yrds and in the middle that is about 2 feet deep in summer pool ,etc, etc.
