I ran across it last fall. It was at a small boat lot in northern Illinois.

Re: 47 CS the dealer

the 47cs that is at RPM boat sales are something like that started out life as a triple engine Merc 1000's and #6's pleasure boat it was then sent back to the factory a few years ago and the pulled the 1000"s and installed 525's and removed the third motor, The all red 47cs in the classifed's is reggie's old race boat that has been converted to please, and the 47cs the dealer was originally a triple 525sc boat with #3's that was at port everglades it sold about a 1 1/2 years ago and went to the mid west which is the boat in post #5.
Mika do you have a # for the lot that had the boat ?

thanks

That boat was sold in northern Ill about 2 months ago. It's currently being repowered. I was told that the boat went for around $80K. A friend of mine who lives nearby, went there to inquire about it, and they told him it was already sold.

BTW.... Ralph Martin NEVER owned that boat. It was bought new by Norval Staley (owner of Everglades Marina). After his passing in 00, the family sold it a couple years later.
