Who's a good engine builder around the area. engine shut down full of milk, drained all water and oil out right away need a little help somewhat new to area

If you're needing an engine rebuild, I'd suggest calling Sidney at S&B Engines, Ft Myers...phone 731-1001. Did a short block rebuild for me a year ago...knows his stuff, both stock and high performance, and very reasonable. Only problem, he doesn't make house calls and isn't set up to pull the engine, tho he can suggest someone who can.

If money is no object, theres Flagship marine in Punta Gorda.

Any ideas what the actual problem is?

I don't know could be a gasket some where was running about 3000rpm then the tach started to jump a little. Engine stopped will not crank.

Don't attempt to crank it unless you've pulled all spark plugs first. You could increase whatever damage you have. Then see if it'll turn over while having someone watch for water comming out of the plug holes.
