Suggestions
 

Guys I could use some help:

1st- I need a temporary place to live, anywhere in Ft. Myers/Naples area. It can be studio or 1br apartment/condo that can be rented month-month until I can get myself familiar w/ area and find a more permanent place so I can bring wife down.

2nd- I am a custom woodworking/finish carpenter subcontractor, anyone know a builder or cabinet co. that could put me to work?

3rd- Any insight into boating atmosphere would be helpful. Here in Mi., we go island hopping, boat club hopping, get drunk, pass out, get up and do it again & poker runs. Any of you guys do these things? :drink:

Any help/leads is appreciated.

Can't help you with a place to live. However, there is so much building going on here, that you could be working within hours of arriving. I do know a couple of builders you could speak to regarding finish carperntry and cabinet making.

Boating here sounds similar except that we have more months to do it.

Thanks Tom. I have a few leads and all have said call me when you get here and we will put you to work. Any leads would be great.
Most of the Fl. boating threads I see seems to be just day boating, poker runs and going to lunch or something. We like to get away for a weekend and overnight etc. I hope to be settled in and back into boating soon!
