I was told he had only owned the 33 Powerplay for a short time, and was looking forward to doing some runs with our group. Prayers to the family.

We just got back in, it is about 1 AM, to very nervous calls from our friends and families. We were out more than 30 miles doing some diving and out of cell phone range. I guess with the sporatic news coverage and the fact that we were out with 4 people. Wow this is hitting way to close to home.
I just can't imagine what their families are going through right now.

For the information of everyone here at Ft Myers Offshore on Sat. Feb 3rd we will be having a Fun Run / Fund Raiser for the benefit of 16 yr. old Jeniffer Molter who was the only survivor of the tragic accident. Jennifer lost her mom, sister, brother and friend. I have started a thread in the General Boating Discussion section with some information about the run. Addition info will be posted as we work thru some of the details. Thank you everone here at FMO who encouraged me to get involved and for all your ideas and offers of help. I would ask that our postings related to this be in the General Boating Thread so it stays near the top and recieves the exposure it deserves.
