Cool Down in the heat

THinking of putting in the St. Johns at 40 sunday and running up to silver glen to hang out in the spring.
Here is a link to the map. Silver Glen / Lake George FL.
It is supposed to be over 100 with heat index and that cool water and big oak trees hanging over the water sure is nice:D
