JUST FOUND OUT MY LANDLORD IS FORCLOSING ON MY CURRENT RENTAL HOUSE! :mad: I AM LOOKING FOR A PLACE ON WATER WITH A LIFT FOR YM 27' FORMULA. CAPE PREFERED BUT COULD ALSO STAY IN THE FT MYERS AREA. ANY LEADS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

My budy Mark just rented a place in the Cape w/sailboat access with a big ass pool for $1000/month. He found it in the paper.

There's a TON of houses available in the Cape. Drive around the Yacht Club area and the southwest and start writing down phone numbers. I'll bet you get writer's cramp! Seriously, I pass AT LEAST a dozen houses on Coronado and Lucerne for sale and rent every day.

You Are Right. I Wrote Down A Dozen Or So Last Night. Not Many Had Lifts Though. I Will Drive Arround Again This Weekend.

My guess would be the Yacht Club area for a house with a lift, since most of them will be older homes. You might even call on the empty ones that are "For Sale," they may want to rent them out to cover their losses since they're not selling.

I'll look this weekend in my neighborhood, if I see something I'll pm you.

Theres a water front house on 19th ave in Palaco Grande for rent. Owners name is John. His # is 239-677-6609. There is no lift, but the lives around the corner and has a lift at his house. He was thinking of removing it and moving it to this vacant house. He's a nice guy. House is freshly painted. Tell him Harry referred you.
