I'm Getting Married!!!!!
 

Hello All-

Well most of you from FMO know Amanda and have seen her at the beach or at one of our fun runs. We have been inseperable for the last year, She has become my best friend, and the best part is she loves boating as much as I do.

Well this weekend, in key west, I asked her to marry me. After many drinks she said..... Yes!!!!! :evilb:

The best part is that My parents and a few friends were down with us to celebrate!

We are very happy and looking forward to planing our wedding, which will involve boats! If you see us out on the water stop by and say hi.

Best wishes. I do about 45 weddings a year, but I doubt you want to travel to upstate NY for the party. If you need a hand with some guidance, I'd be happy to help. Boaters courtesy of course. I have attended many sad excuses for receptions and parties since Ive been living here part time and am still waiting for the party done right. I'd feel worse hearing you got screwed after the fact than pissing off an event host who is forced to do it right, for the right price.

Bob, Thanks for the kind words, it has been alot of fun getting to know everyone in FMO. I think you had more than enough stuff going on this last week to worry about what we were doing.... Congradulations on your new record!

Very interesting, I will keep you in mind when it come to planning. Neither Amanda or I want a normal church wedding becausue neither of us are religious people. We are thinking casual beach wedding.

We would really like to figure out how to tie in a fun run around our wedding. Something like having the wedding on a Friday night and the reception starts Friday after the wedding and continues into a fun run on Saturday. We have plenty of time to fiqure that out.

I've got a few friends that just built new homes on the water. They have indoor and outdoor kitchens that I could cook for 150 without breaking a sweat. They spent more $$$ on those home kitchens than Iv'e got in my commercial one.
I'm sure you know a few also.
Or maybe you own one yourself.
Good luck with the planning. Have fun, be flexible, don't sweat the set backs. Everything won't go exactly as planned, but nobody will know except you.
