Hey Everyone,

I wanted to put this out there and see if anyone wanted it. I have a house for sale off of Iona rd, on Intracoastal. 100yards from the river, nice lft. great house. I am going to blow it out for somewhere in the $750k Range. The cheapest one on the market in the neighborhood is $895k and smaller. If you guys know anyone that wants a great house with awesome river access PM me. I also have 4 gulf access ones in the Cape. 3 SW and 1 NW.
