To recap:
Instead of running perpendicular to the pier...

run straight at it

and turn when you feel comfortable.

When I see you coming at me I can lock on to you
and have an opportunity for three different shots:
head-on/tunnel shot
turn shot
side view.

We will be staying at Tarpon Point with our Marine Max cruising group and are planning on trailering the Donzi down ahead of time and launching tomorrow evening at the ramp by the sanibel bridge (punta rossa?). Is that ramp long enough for a 48Ft trailer to launch with the lower tides? What about parking provisions?
