I have a lot in there and it's value is @2-3k at best. Close to the airport @15 minutes. Water with in 30 minutes. Lots of NFH's there. Small lots @75 x 150. It would be hard to rent for that price but in 5-10 years who knows. Lots of places available for pennys on the dollar. At the height of the market it was worth @30-35k. Lots sold there @50 years ago for @$200. Not one of your best deals. Go to google earth and see what's there is also a good idea.

The Only Problem Is The Chinese Dry Wall You Have To Totaly Gut The House ,Plumbing Wiring, It Has To Be Sprayed With A Special Chemical And Sit Open For 45 Days ,,Then Theres No Guarantee It Will Be OK,,,,Gets Into The Studs,, Floor Kitchen Cabinets,,,,,Affects The Copper, Wiring Sockets ETC ETC,,, Thats A Very Big Problem In FLA ,,Stay Away From It Dont Care How Cheap It Is,,Do Your Research

The area was a Pit in the middle of nowhere 20 years ago, and now that all the dumazzes that thought it was a great deal during the big push went belly up, it has returned to the Pit it was and forever will be. And if you think Florida Real estate is coming back anytime soon I have some prime swampland for you to look at .
If anybody thinks I am full of it go research my comments on real estate from the last 5 years on OSO and SOS.
I would bet there is a few people that wished they would have listened to me.

If you watch the video from the link I posted,I doubt that there is any copper or wiring left in that house. It was probably stolen a long time ago.I also have to wonder if the warning you posted is why there is no drywall.

I have lived in Cape Coral for 7 years now and I really like it so far. It is much slower pace on the west coast than the east coast. Launching your boat down here would not be an issue. Nor-tech rolls 50ft cats in all the time.
