Roll Call / Info for FMO Holiday Season Fun Run to Marco Island, FL - Sat. Dec 29th

An event organizers worst nightmare. LOL For those wondering why the late cancellation, from the best information available to me last night it looked like we would get our run in before the front arrived. I have seen many a front coming down from the north slow down or just fade away. That was not the case today as it appears to have sped up overnight.
Looking ahead, our best option now is to reschedule. While tomorrow is sunny and a bit cool the real problem is winds up to 20 knot winds and a small craft advisory.
So the decision is we will do our run on New Years Day as we have traditionally done. Please note that we will start a bit later at 11:30 AM.
Also please note that anyone who had made plans to do our FMO run today and Ryan Beckley's Sarasota run on New Years Day should feel free to go to Sarasota if they so choose. I have no problem with that.
More details on our New Years run will be posted and go out later today. It will look much the same as our plans for today except for the 11:30 AM start. We have the helicopter rescheduled as well.

We'll probably be there New Year day also, will confirm tomorrow, but we're going out today around the CC/Ft. Myers area, if any of the group see an all white 353 Formula please come say HI.

Looks like we made the right ( belated ) call. A while ago I was not so sure as the sun was trying to come out on Marco but has since disappeared with heavy fog rolling in off the Gulf.
Right now I am going to turn off my computer cell phones and go finish my Christmas shopping. LOL
