Boxer is a single. The horsepower is ???? If you ask Tom the guy who built the motor, you'll be lucky if you get a strait answer. Usually you get the "I don't really know, whe havn't figured it out". The HP could vary quite a bit as he's got 3 complete motors built for it. The boxer is Ernie's calling card. He had a dog and loved it very much. My guess is the HP is somethinng around 850.

I think Ernie is replacing the 850HP and putting in a 572CID 1000HP (motor built and ready). Boat went to Sutphen w/no motor.But first a seawater strainer and thru hull pick-up are being in before a motor goes back in. Boat turns alot of heads. Sutphen30 knows more about it and does Ernie's head work.

Nice job!! Love the BOXER touch too .. Reminds me of my brother's brindal Boxer, nice dog. Died suddenly of heart problems, which I came to find out is not that rare in those pure breeds :(
