Boat transport

I recently purchased a Spectre 30 through Titos at Xtreme Marine, and I need to get it to the Port of Bruswick Fl next Tuesday. Does anyone know if it's possible to rent a tow vehicle in the Miami area, or perhaps know of a reliable transport company that could do the job for me.

I'm arriving in Miami this Thursday as I intend to use the boat at the weekend, then shrinkwrap it for it's journey to the UK.

I can't help for next tuesday.. But...
I can do it the week of May 2nd.. if that helps...

I know Titos personally... He'll vouch for me..

You can't go wrong with Powerboat Transport or Hideaway Marina...

You can rent a F250 from Atlantic truck here in Ft. Lauderdale, but the cost of the rental would be enough to pay someone else to do it... They're not one way.. GA would be expensive.

The only other rental would be a U Haul 1/2 ton pickup..if you can find them... But they're typically not one way rentals. Some don't have hitches..and you won't know until you go to pick it up...

See this guy from this thread:

http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/s...d.php?t=100394

I would shoot him a Private Message.

He has moved many OSO member's boats, and will be in South Florida tomorrow morning. He may be able to help.
