I guess you would call this "Silence of the Lamb."

(Cheer up Mike. Stress kills.)

I thought a short while ago OSO posted web sites were NOT held liable for members posting?????
Is this only for people who pay ?

Here's the deal Allen...

They posted something about a legal decision in a case in which they were not a party that set a precedent for forums being held harmless.

Then they posted the OSO rules on what to do if you want to use OSO to air dirty laundry.

I believe that their rationale was based on the fact that people will use more restraint and have some level of accountability if they are not anonymous users.

Having said that.... bought any good enzos lately?

That's correct, they cannot be held liable.

Fund, I'll cheer up when I get out on the water for a problem free day.

You too, you shouldn't stress over some newbie name calling.

Do you mean some people actually have problem free days on the water?

Nah... I didn't stress. I know that the only way some insects are going to ever say anything disrespectful to me is via a PC.
It's an automatic "get out of azzkicking free" card. I accept it.
But on the other hand.... I wasn't going to sit there and let him think I crawled away.

You seem like a good guy Mike. I am genuinely sorry about the troubles that you have been through. I hope that you get some relief soon. (Whether or not that relief comes from TL.)

You have to admit.... "silence of the Lamb" was funny.

Most of my days are problem free once the dreaded maiden voyage is out of the way. I take good care of my stuff.
