how do you title a vessel for international use
 

im planning on shipping my cig to costa rico in the next month or 2 and was wonder about vessel registration so i can use it in interational waters and not have to title it or register it in costa rico, nor do i want to pay the taxes or duty to import it as i want it to be a transient vessel. thx for any info or advice, ratman
