OT, Waterfront House available for rent, NJ

I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront house available for rent in Toms River NJ, 200 yards from Barnegat/Silverbay. 63' of deep water dock. please call Bob at 732 864-9724

I live next door, the elderly man who owned it just moved to Florida. I'm closing on it next week. I may rent it out for the winter-I'll see what happens over the summer.
